Each booking includes access to our modern event spaces, on-site amenities, and flexible layouts designed to bring your event to life. Scavigo’s rental rate is $100 per hour, with a three-hour minimum. This flexible structure allows you to reserve the space for the exact amount of time your event requires—whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering, a creative workshop, or a full evening celebration. Every booking includes access to Scavigo’s thoughtfully designed spaces and on-site amenities, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience from setup to sendoff.

Scavigo offers high-quality linen rentals to complement your event style and enhance the overall atmosphere of your gathering. Choose from crisp, full-length rectangle linens for a polished, formal look ($20), versatile half-length options for a more casual setting ($12), or elegant round linens to complete your table design ($20). Each linen is freshly pressed and ready to elevate your tablescape with simplicity and sophistication.

Rental Information

Scavigo can accommodate up to 80 people in the space. We have tables and folding chairs for up to 60 people with additional cocktail tables able to be used for standing space. Need additional seating? We’ll work with you for your specific event. Contact us for more information.

You are welcome to work with any catering company or bring in your own food. We have a list of preferred vendors if you would like recommendations.

Alcohol is allowed for purchase if served by a SD-certified Bartender (we can recommend a few if needed). Otherwise, alcohol can be brought in and consumed by anyone over the legal age of 21. We will have an alcohol waiver to be filled and signed.
